NIPOMO FFA

Hey Nipomo! My name is Maeli Ayon, and I will be serving as your 2025-26 Chapter Historian! This is my third year in the blue jacket, and I am looking forward to another year of amazing memories. FFA has always been a part of my life, but experiencing ir firsthand is something completely different. In fact, the first FFA jacket I wore was actually my dad's. For the past few years, I've experimented and done almost everything available to me. From floral, citrus, and livestock judging teams, to Creed, Impromptu, Opening & Closing, BIG, Project Competition, becoming a sectional leader, and having a proficiency in Sheep Production. I'll never forget my first overnight judging trip, playing spoons in the hotel lobby, being terrified the following morning, and then feeling so proud and amazed on the drive home. This was my turning point moment, when I realized FFA was for me. Throughout my journey, I have met so many incredible people from all over California, gained some insight into life, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
